A Coder's Dream (2010)
Dinusha's journey began just like most of the IT professionals in the industry. In 2010, he began his digital career as a passionate web developer in a reputable company. He was always fascinated by how code can bring ideas to life and was able to create an impact on people's lives.
As a young web developer, everything was going perfectly. He had a stable income, he was working alongside the biggest players in the industry; he was living the dream.
This is when he went through a huge mindset change.
The Turning Point (2011)
In 2011, Dinusha had the privilege of working alongside one of Sri Lanka's top SEO specialists at the time, Farhan Fawzer, assisting on a backlink creation project. That's when his inner voice hit him.
This single realization changed everything for Dinusha. From being the cool behind-the-scenes developer who helped businesses build web experiences, his interest started inclining towards the art of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
The Chapter of SEO Begins (2012-2014)
By 2012, curiosity turned into obsession. Dinusha started diving deep to understand how search engines think - what made them trust a website, rank it, and reward it.
But he didn't just want to be another "SEO guy" who only talked about meta tags and keyword density. Dinusha wanted true mastery of SEO by diving deep into core concepts and techniques.
Technical Expertise Gained
During this period, his web development career was literally flourishing. He was promoted to a Senior Web Developer and later became a Zend PHP 7 Certified Web Engineer.
This opened up even greater opportunities for his passion. The promotion gave Dinusha the chance to master deep technical concepts such as:
- High-performance website architecture
- SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized design
- Server-level performance tuning and web funnel strategies
The technical depth obtained by this time became the biggest edge in SEO for his career.
From 2013, the chapter of SEO officially began.
The Beginning of Recognition (2015)
In the journey of SEO, the year 2015 marks a milestone. Dinusha's own website ranked on the first page of Google for the keyword "SEO Specialist Sri Lanka."
This isn't just a victory; it's the proof that his methods work. Equipped with great confidence, this senior web developer begins his freelance journey of helping businesses grow their online presence through full-scale SEO campaigns.
Since then, the name Dinusha Sathyajith has been among the topmost choices whenever someone seeks advanced SEO consultancy services in Sri Lanka.
Many Sri Lankan as well as international web and digital marketing agencies still invite him to lead their SEO teams or handle complex, high-level projects.
The Game of Global Consulting (2015-2020)
Between 2015 and 2020, Dinusha's dominance only expanded.
From the local market to the international marketing arena, the freelance senior SEO consultant continued working with hundreds of clients across Australia, the UK, and Europe. Leading large-scale SEO campaigns, leading multi-country projects, and years of competing in the global landscape have definitely unveiled a lot about the ever-changing SEO landscape.
These years sharpened my understanding of global search intent, competitive landscapes, and the evolving algorithms that define online success.
By 2020, Dinusha decided to dedicate 90% of his time to SEO, going all in on what he was born to do.
The History Repeats Itself (2020)
While Dinusha looked back, he thought to himself,

That's when it clicked.
The Leadership Era (2021-Present)
With his client base growing rapidly in 2021, Dinusha decided to join forces with his former mentor and an industry leader, Heshan Udunuwara (Founder of Dsynit Pvt Ltd), to launch Rank Pandas Pvt Ltd, a new-age Sri Lankan SEO and digital marketing agency.
Today, as CEO and Head of SEO Strategy at RankPandas, he leads a growing team of SEO strategists, developers, and digital marketers towards impact and real online growth. Now, Dinusha is on the path to creating the hallmark of SEO and digital marketing in Sri Lanka by powering businesses with smart, data-driven tactics.
